You have the images and a report you cannot act on — or no report at all. Perhaps the wording is generic, perhaps it never answered the question you were sent for, perhaps it is in a language your doctor abroad does not read. What you need is someone qualified to actually look at the scan and tell you what is on it.
That is what this is. I read your original DICOM files — the same data a radiologist sees on a hospital workstation, not screenshots or photos of a screen — and write the study up from scratch. Where you already have a report, I compare findings and set out plainly where we agree and where we do not.
Every read is done personally by one radiologist. There is no panel, no outsourcing, no AI generating the text: the report is written by a physician licensed by the Ukrainian Ministry of Health, and it is signed with a qualified electronic signature (QES), the EU-equivalent e-signature — a legally valid document, verifiable independently.
The report is structured to international reporting conventions, so a clinician in Germany, Poland, the UK or the US can read it without translation. Alongside it you get a plain-English section: what was found, what it means, what it does not mean, and which specialist to take it to.
One boundary, stated plainly: this is an imaging read, not a diagnosis and not a treatment plan. It is meant to arm you and your treating physician with an accurate description — the clinical decisions stay with the doctor who examines you.

Why contrast costs more: a contrast study has two to three times as many series and phases to read. Whether contrast was used is stated in your report — if unsure, send the images and I will tell you.

Questions about having your MRI read
Who actually reads my scan — is any of this AI-generated?
A person. Every study is read and reported personally by Dr. Oleksandr Berezovskyi, a radiologist in practice since 2008 with over 50,000 MRI, CT and ultrasound studies read, licensed for medical practice by the Ukrainian Ministry of Health. No part of the report is generated by AI, and your medical data is never passed to third-party AI services.
What do I need to send?
The original DICOM files — the folder from the disc your clinic gave you, or the download link many clinics now provide. Photographs of a screen or printed films are not a substitute: they lose the data a radiologist needs. If you also have a previous report or prior studies, send them; comparison over time often matters more than any single scan.
How do I send a study that is too large for a chat?
By email or any cloud link (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer). Files up to 20 MB go through the Telegram bot directly; anything larger is easiest as a link.
Will the report be accepted by my doctor abroad?
It is written to international structured-reporting conventions in medical English and signed with a qualified electronic signature, so it reads as a professional radiology report rather than a translation. Whether a given clinic treats an outside read as decisive is always their call — but the format will not be the obstacle.
How long does it take, and what does it cost?
24 to 72 hours, counted within business days. Pricing is per study and shown in the price block above; contrast studies and comparisons across several prior scans fall into the higher tier because there is materially more to read.
What if you find something serious?
You are told directly and without delay, and the report states what it means and how urgently it should be acted on. If a finding suggests an immediate threat, I say so at once and advise you to seek emergency care rather than waiting on the written report.
